ABA Productions is an international theatre production company dedicated to creating and promoting a wide variety of performance styles from all corners of the world. Recent productions have included Horrible Histories Awful Egyptians, Cirque Mechanics’ Birdhouse Factory, Private Peaceful, The Snow Dragon, Insane in the Brain, The Gruffalo, Showstopper! The Improvised Musical, Room on the Broom in Hong Kong and Singapore with Tall Stories Theatre Company from London, The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged) with the Reduced Shakespeare Company from the USA, Tweenies Live! Top of the Tots! with BBC Worldwide from London, William Shakespeare’s Hamlet, the West End and Broadway family classic The Gruffalo, the critically acclaimed production of Samuel Beckett’s Waiting for Godot, performed by AC Productions from Dublin, Ireland, the Asian tour of the international smash hit musical Peter Pan, which visited Taipei, Manila, Singapore, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur between 2005 and 2008, as well as the musical extravaganza Around the World in 80 Days. In early 2012 ABA Productions launched the inaugural KidsFest: a three-week festival of world-class theatre for young people.
